Our staffing model provides consistency of client and location for our team whilst offering them the flexibility to work when they want, with both part time and casual roles available.

Personal Care Assistant Requirements

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • Full vaccination for COVID 19 including boosters and influenza
  • Genuine passion for helping others and making a different to the quality of life of older people
  • Caring manner, patience, good communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Physically fit to be able to complete manual labour tasks
