The Altara Group is a Melbourne based aviation consulting, training, auditing and resource organisation.
We provide specialist services to the aviation industry, including project management, regulatory compliance, organisational development and restructuring, auditing, training, recruitment and employment of cabin crew and the development of manuals and documentation.
Altara Resources is part of the Altara Group and is contracted to provide the Qantas Group with Casual Cabin Crew. Under this arrangement, Altara Resources is responsible for the employment and on-going HR management and payroll functions associated with Casual cabin crew operations.
All queries regarding employment terms and conditions, award queries, payroll etc. are to be directed to the Altara Resources team. Qantas is responsible for the daily operational management of cabin crew, including allocation of rosters and duties. Cabin crew performance will be jointly managed by Qantas and Altara Resources.
