Altara seeks experienced, professional and enthusiastic people to join the Event Services team in the casual role of Food & Beverage Attendant - Event Services

With the support of the Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Event Service team in accordance with the established brand standards of our client, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times when setting rooms and serving food and beverages to guests in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2 years hospitality based customer service experience is required, ideally in an Event and /or Food & Beverage related field
• Demonstrated ability to 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear
• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Must Have Covid Vaccine
• A local certificate in food handling and hygiene
• Be able to work a flexible roster including, weekdays, weekends, evening and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands.
