Your Role

• Providing a range of Clinical support and nursing services to our residents
• Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe.
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
• Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
• Assisting clients with housekeeping or other daily errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting on changes in the health or status of the client
• Taking vitals, height, and weight
• Maintaining clients' health equipment
• Responding to emergency situations
• Assisting clients with rehabilitative exercises

About You

• A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work morning, afternoon and night shifts across a seven-day roster.
• A positive and professional approach

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualifications eg: Diploma of Nursing
• Have an APHRA Registration.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
• Clear and effective communications skills
• The ability to obtain or obtained NDIS worker screening clearance.
• A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Infection Control Certificate
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.
• Manual Handling Experience
